Colleen WardSometimes in life we have to make hard decisions for our parents well being. We all say we never put them in a nursing home. But sometimes it what is needed for their care . I must say from the beginning of my moms illness her sweet caring doctor Helped me find preferred health in wall. Don’t be deceived by its size their is so much caring inside that place. From the educated and knowledgeable Karlee the admissions director who not only showed the human caring side but she also took an interest to help my family with the complex and overwhelming paperwork for insurance placement. She really is an asset to ph in wall. Than to make it even easier Maria the activities director . Her kindness. Her smile and her disposition to the residents is a breath of fresh air. She truely cares and it shows. Than how do I begin to thank the aides. The nurses and the therapists who take the time to be the professionals and to do your jobs with their excellent caring ways. Even if he’s just to acknowledge my mothers presence. I can’t say it hasn’t been hard with Covid and only phone calls. It helps me sleep better knowing all of you care. mark williamsI am here now and very satisfied with the service. Anything I have needed someone has always been there to help readily. The place is very clean and modern. all the staff have a very friendly attitude. The therapist are really great here! In two weeks time I have gone from barely being able to walk to being able to walk independently. I need to be able to climb stairs to go home and I can now do that. I am so grateful to the staff at Preferred Care. They all deserve a five star!
